Internal Medicine and Family Practice Doctors Needed about 1 Hour From Chicago, IL

Client with a strong Sinus and Allergy practice would like to find a Primary Care doc to handle the clinical practice.
ENT performs procedures 2 days per week, Physician Assistant also in place already
Client will train in Allergy and Sinus; you will diagnose and Allergy patients
There will be Allergy testing, some responsibility of overseeing the Sinus patients and seeing post-operative patients too.
Must be board certified
Will be salaried position plus bonus -client will discuss numbers
No Call Schedule; this is completely outpatient, no weekends
9-5 hours
Full time position includes health insurance and malpractice coverage, etc.
