Nurse Practitioner Needed for Urgent Care Position about 30 minutes South of Daytona Beach, FL
3 (12 hour) shifts per week and every 3rd Saturday AM (8 – 12)
Salary will be about 85-90k and negotiable based on experience plus benefits
Requirements:
FL licensure
At least 3 years’ experience after Advanced Practitioner licensing, will Treat infants & children 30 days and up
Urgent Care presentations: Treat Chest pain, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, etc. Foreign body removal
Laceration repair Abscess I & D, Diagnose, treat, and splint fractures,
DOT certification required within 90 days
Prefer Workers’ Comp experience
Professional examination experience (i.e. firefighters, etc.)
Experience with Electronic Medical records (good typing & computer skills)
Great customer service and communication skills with patients and their primary care physicians
Most important is that **Candidates must be experienced in the above requirements as they will be working independently**
