Typical day includes:
- Recruit and interview candidates obtained through sources such as, but not limited to, advertising, networking, social media and an extensive database developed over 20 years!
- Respond promptly to incoming candidate leads
- * Respond promptly to incoming Client leads and follow up calls
- Prepare candidates for client interviews; coordinate interviews
- Place qualified candidates in hospitals, freestanding centers, Private practice settings and more
- Negotiate compensation for candidates
- Verify candidate’s documentation such as resume, references, licensure and more
- Maintain relationship with candidate while on contract to assist with any issues that may arise
